All Two Moons Studio pieces are handcrafted to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being received.

UK Shipping Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, with Royal Mail Tracked 24 available at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery is typically within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 working days for Europe and 10–21 working days for the rest of the world. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging Every order is carefully packaged to protect your piece in transit and arrives gift-ready in branded packaging.
