We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. As all pieces are one of a kind, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement and will offer a full refund in such cases.  Please get in touch so we can discuss any problems.
